I write as often as I can, about whatever strikes me as worthwhile to share. Usually inspiration isn't hard to find. Have a look around, and I'm betting you can find something that's worth writing about, or someone who has an amazing story to share.

If I had nothing else to inspire me, I'd have God. He provides more inspiration than I can manage to contain. Getting aquainted with Jesus Christ has been the absolute best thing that has ever happened to me, and for me.

I'm a Kentuckian, but currently reside in Texas.  I'm also a "TURTLE!"  Are you a Turtle too? (wink)

I come from a reallllly BIG family, which is wonderful to be a part of. I'm 'Anglo and Tribal', and hopefully that makes sense. Like my mother used to advise me, I do my best to be the best of both worlds. I'm proud of my ancestry, and the pride comes from appreciation of those involved in making it. My father, my Godfathers (I have two) are/were Marines.  My great-grandmother (who helped raise me) was a Pentecostal pastor. I admit, they are two of the many who's ideologies shape my wordsmithing, but there are loads of others as well. Sadly, there's only but so much page space, lol.

You're welcome to view notes from femme's desk at http://angeliaphillips.blogspot.com/.  If you have the urge to share my literature to facebook, twitter, or wherever else, GO AHEAD AND SHAREEE!!! :D  I'd be thrilled!

I've always seemed to have a hunger for adventure.  Most of the time, due to a busy schedule that doesn't allow much time for travel.  However, I keep the hunger at bay by pedalling through the woods on my Schwinn mountain bike.  I love mountain biking!  Not the big hills that are hard to climb sort, but the flatter, faster, technical trails, with all those dandy jumps, crevices and sapling bridges over ravines.  It often feels like getting to ride through a story - at least that seems to be one of the best comparisons I can come up with.  I keep a cycling journal called Pack Rides - Where The Rubber Meets The Road, which can be found at http://trailchallenges.blogspot.com/.  I'm forever facebooking information and adding photos of my little cycle pack's outings, and I pack them into every nook and cranny I can squeeze them into on each edition.  It feels good to influence people to do something fun and challenging that's good for them.  So far, my pack mates and I have been able to influence several and the list is ever growing!  :)

Thank you for visiting my profile, and I hope if you read my articles, you finish them feeling encouraged and inspired.  Feel free to email me at keepitzipped@hotmail.com with any suggestions or comments.  Perhaps you know of someone with an inspiring story to share, or someone who's making effort to make a difference for the good of things.  I would love to hear from you!

God bless!
